I grabbed a few blind boxes and I was mostly just hoping the checkout wouldn’t freak out on me. It didn’t freeze, didn’t kick me back to the cart, none of that annoying stuff. Apple Pay went through super quick too, and then the confirmation email showed up right after, which is always a relief.
The site did feel a little packed or busy, like you could tell a lot was going on, but the payment still worked fine. Also no random error message, no double charge, nothing weird. I was already thinking I’d have to retry, but nope, it just worked. Easy 5 stars from me.

My Popmart order showed up in really good condition. The box had solid padding, and nothing was crushed at all. Even the figure box was clean with no dents, which surprised me a bit because delivery can be a little careless sometimes. I was worried the shipping process might mess it up, but thankfully it arrived safe. Simple packaging, but it did the job well. No complaints from me.

It only took maybe a few minutes, and I didn’t really have to deal with any hassle. Smooth overall.

The paint looks really good overall, and the finish has that clean, smooth look I was hoping for. It gives a polished impression right away, which is the main thing I cared about. I did notice a few tiny marks on one side when I looked a little closer, but they weren’t super obvious or bad enough to really bother me. If you’re inspecting it up close you might spot them, but from a normal distance it still looks nice.

I tried to grab a limited edition item, but the whole thing felt kind of unfair, hard to describe exactly. The page barely even loaded for me before it was already sold out, which was disappointing...

I order from Pop Mart regularly, so the loyalty points actually build up quicker than I expected. I’m sure the whole system is meant to keep me coming back, it kind of works. I used my points for a decent discount on my last order, so I can’t really complain.

I contacted Pop Mart support with photos and my order number. It took a couple of days to hear back, but they were polite and actually looked into it properly. They ended up sending the missing item, so it worked out in the end. Not a perfect experience thanks to the wait, but I’d probably still order again.

I ordered a few figures from popmart.com they came out nicer than I expected. The paint looks clean, no random marks or anything, and the little details are even cuter in person. The box arrived in good shape too, which was a relief. One figure had a tiny uneven spot, but it’s barely noticeable and not a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with them and I’d definitely buy again.

I like shopping here, but the restocks could be a lot better. I mean, not terrible, actually, some items do come back eventually, but it feels like the stuff I want is always out of stock for too long.

I thought the prices were fair overall, especially for the little figures and things like that. They don’t feel way overpriced, which is nice. Shipping was fine too, maybe not super fast or anything, but totally okay.

The site gets the job done, but for some reason it feels kind of clunky to use. I’ve had a hard time finding what I’m looking for sometimes.

The tracking worked fine, the package arrived safely, and while it did take a bit of time, there were no real issues at all. I’d definitely consider ordering again.

I preordered a Labubu i was kind of nervous about the wait, which I feel like is fair, right? Pop Mart actually sent updates along the way, and it ended up shipping around the date they said it would. The box arrived safely with no weird damage or issues, so I’m happy with how it all turned out.

I ordered from Pop Mart the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. The tracking updated normally, and everything showed up in good shape. It did take maybe a day longer than the first estimate, which was a little annoying at first, but really, that’s not a big deal at all. Overall, I had a good experience. 4 stars from me.
